HealthyHER Life: Confidence Through Healthy Living Tour is a high-energy, half-day workshop experience designed to empower girls with the knowledge, confidence, and skills they need to take care of their bodies, build self-worth, and make healthy life choices. Through interactive sessions on hygiene, body awareness, emotional wellness, and movement, girls connect with trusted local resources while gaining real-life tools they can use every day.
