Got a teen who could use a confidence boost? This high-energy improv workshop helps teen girls find their voice, think on their feet, and show up with confidence—on and off the stage!

Improv (short for improvisation) is all about thinking on your feet, playing games, making up fun scenes, and working together—no scripts, no pressure! Girls learn to say “yes, and…”, support each other, try new things, and build confidence while having a TON of fun. ✨

Due to an exciting increase in workshop requests, we’re looking for fun, passionate, and committed facilitators to join our mission of empowering girls through healthy hygiene and body positivity education and we had 3 fabulously confident women join us for our training!! 💜✨

We’re still glowing from the joy of our very first Blossom & Bloom event in celebration of Mother’s Day! It was a heartwarming day filled with laughter, connection, and unforgettable memories as mothers, daughters, and families came together to celebrate the special bond of motherhood.
From the blooming floral activities to meaningful conversations and shared moments, it was everything we hoped it would be—and more.

Live Your Breast Life! Bra fitting and giveaway event!
✨ This event was an absolute blast! ✨ We got to size over 30 amazing girls and women—from ages 8 to 70—and the confidence was through the roof! 💃💖 Every single person left smiling, empowered, and feeling their best! Plus, we gave away over 100 bras for FREE!! 🎉🙌
A HUGE thank you to our incredible volunteers and to Le Femme Lingerie of Lafayette for providing so many amazing bras for our Bra Closet! 👏💜 Because of your generosity, we’re able to continue helping girls and women feel supported—inside and out! 💕

EmpowerHER: STEMulating Confidence
On March 16, 2024, we hosted 28 girls for our EmpowerHER:STEMulating Confidence Event. The girls attended both the STEM (Cyber Basics) Workshop and the I.Y.K.Y.K. Healthy Hygiene Workshop. Each girl received hygiene items to take home, resource books, STEM educational materials, and lots more!! You can see more of our event pictures on our photos page.
