Next Level Confidence: Improv for Teen Girls (Ages 13–17)

Got a teen who could use a confidence boost? This high-energy improv workshop helps teen girls find their voice, think on their feet, and show up with confidence—on and off the stage!

👉 What is improv?

Improv (short for improvisation) is all about thinking on your feet, playing games, making up fun scenes, and working together—no scripts, no pressure! Girls learn to say “yes, and…”, support each other, try new things, and build confidence while having a TON of fun. ✨

Through fun, supportive improv games, participants will:

✨ Strengthen communication skills

✨ Learn to speak up & think quickly

✨ Make new friends

✨ And have a LOT of fun doing it!
