🧠 WHAT IS LYFE + SRAE?

This program is part of Louisiana Youth for Excellence (LYFE) and uses age-appropriate Sexual Risk Avoidance Education (SRAE) to help girls build confidence and make smart choices for their future 💜

We know the word ‘sexual’ can sound intense, but this program is really about helping girls build confidence, understand boundaries, and make smart choices so they can avoid risky situations as they grow.

There is nothing graphic or inappropriate—in fact, it’s extremely age-appropriate, confidence-based, and focused on decision-making, self-respect, and future goals! Our goal is to make sure every girl feels comfortable in all situations.

👉 Girls can opt out of any activity at any time to ensure they feel comfortable and supported.

💥 This is more than a workshop… it’s a confidence experience.

💖 WHAT YOUR DAUGHTER WILL EXPERIENCE

✨ DAY 1: ALL ABOUT ME (Confidence + Identity + Future)

Girls will:

Build self-confidence and self-worth
Understand emotions and healthy habits
Learn decision-making skills
Set goals and dream about their future
Identify obstacles and how to overcome them

🤝 DAY 2: RELATIONSHIPS & REAL LIFE SKILLS

Girls will:

Learn healthy vs. unhealthy friendships

Make choices to avoid risky behavior that protect their future
