1. I.Y.K.Y.K. (If You Know about Hygiene, You will always Know) Healthy Hygiene Habits Workshop

--Educational workshop focused on healthy hygiene habits.

(Interactive Workshop Option for 3rd-6th graders)-

Let’s be real — NO girl wants to be the “stinky kid” at school (or anywhere else!)

Our interactive workshop makes hygiene fun and stress-free while teaching girls how to care for their changing bodies with confidence. We focus on the everyday habits that keep them fresh, healthy, and ready to take on the world — from face-washing and flossing to deodorant tips and period care.

Through hands-on demos and real-life scenarios, girls learn why hygiene matters and how to build habits that stick. Plus, each participant goes home with hygiene items to practice what they’ve learned — so they’re set up for success long after the workshop ends.

Format: 1.5–2 hour interactive workshop with hands-on activities and practical demonstrations
Audience: Girls in grades 3–6 (perfect for schools, youth groups, or girl-centered organizations)
Includes: Hygiene items to take home, practical hygiene education, peer support skills, and a safe space for open conversation

*Note: This program focuses solely on personal hygiene in relation to girls and puberty, not sexual health.

2. I.Y.K.Y.K. (If You Know about Hygiene, You will always Know) Peer Support Mentorship Workshop

--Educational workshop focused on healthy hygiene habits.

(Interactive Workshop Option for 7th-12th graders)-

This isn’t your average hygiene talk — it’s girl power in action! The IYKYK Peer Support Workshop helps girls become confident leaders and peer mentors by teaching them the real-life hygiene habits every girl needs. Because let’s be honest — no one wants to be “that girl” with poor hygiene.

In this fun, interactive session, we cover everything from face-washing and brushing teeth to deodorant tips, flossing, and period care — the stuff no one tells you but everyone should know! Through hands-on demos and relatable scenarios, girls gain practical skills, learn why hygiene matters, and feel empowered to support themselves and their friends through all the changes of puberty.

Format: 1.5–2 hour interactive workshop with hands-on demos and real-life scenarios
Audience: Girls in grades 7–12 (ideal for schools, youth programs, or girl-focused organizations)
Includes: Personalized certificate of completion, hygiene education, peer mentoring tips, and hygiene items to take home.

*Note: This program focuses solely on personal hygiene in relation to girls and puberty, not sexual health.

3. Confident Connections: Building Bold Relationships with Yourself and Others that Will Last!

Confident Connections is an interactive workshop designed for high school and college students to strengthen the most important relationship they’ll ever have—the one with themselves—while learning how to build healthy, lasting connections with others.

Through engaging activities, real conversations, and reflection, students will explore:

  • Confidence as a life skill — how to grow it, protect it, and use it as their “currency” in every environment.

  • Personal branding — understanding how values, choices, and actions shape their reputation and opportunities.

  • Boundaries as empowerment — why saying “no” is self-respect, not rudeness.

  • Friendship and self-worth — how to spot red flags, choose green flags, and surround themselves with people who lift them higher.

💡 Students leave with power affirmations, practical tools, and reflection prompts that help them practice confidence daily and build relationships that support their growth, safety, and success.

Format: 1.5-2 hour workshop
Audience: High school (9th–12th grade) & college students
Includes: Guided activities, discussion, and a personal reflection journal

3. Girl Stuff

GIrl Stuff is a closet for an ongoing collection of personal hygiene items, of all types, to give each girl who attends our workshop a way to confidently practice what they have learned. If the girls do not have access to the products that they need, then how can they achieve the goal of understanding?

We will provide hygiene items to any girl who needs them. We also follow up with program coordinators who have allowed us to present the I.Y.K.Y.K. workshop at their facility, to provide the girls with needed items.

Hygiene items that have been distributed: hair products for all hair types and textures, soap (body wash and bars), toothpaste, toothbrushes, floss, deodorant, lotion, menstrual care products (pads/tampons/period panties), hair brushes, hair ties, combs, underwear, and socks, just to name a few.

Hygiene items for donations and girl stuff closet.

4. B.R.A. Closet (Bras Really Accessible) **Program on Pause at the Moment**

Our bra closet and give-away program has been established, not only to make sure the girls have access to bras, but to also make sure they are wearing the correct size and type for their personal comfort and support.

Educating girls on how to properly wear these garments will allow them a skill that they can share with their family members, friends, and potentially their own children of the future. When our clothes fit properly, and we are comfortable, we feel more confident and not self-conscious.

5. Fitness Fun……Let’s Dance!

Our goal is to show that Healthy comes in all shapes and sizes!

We discuss healthy snack options and how often we should exercise to keep our heart happy! Encouraging movement and

5. Keeping Hygiene Fun!

Let’s keep hygiene fun and reinforce healthy habits for children, ages 4-7, by reading exciting and interactive stories!

Our facilitators provide books focused on hygiene and kindness. The books read are: Smelly Melly: Personal Hygiene for Kids and Monsters by Niki Palmer and Tony Densley, and Hygiene...You Stink by Julia Cook (depending on time-frame of program).

Each book focuses on how not everyone knows what it means to have healthy hygiene, or what to do when it comes to talking to a friend about odors or cleanliness.

These books help the children understand that they should be kind and guide their friends with love.

As part of the interactive exercises, we provide a little monster plush doll to practice what they learn about hygiene as we read Smelly Melly (the monster is for demonstration only). The children will go home with hygiene items to practice what they have learned.

Total Running Time: 1 hour

*This workshop is for all children (not just girls), target age of 4-7, but will accommodate older children if they are interested in participating.
