But What IS the IYKYK Workshop?
Our Mission and Vision
To create confidence and empowerment through self-awareness for girls ages 8–18 as they transition into and through puberty by providing workshops and programs that focus on healthy hygiene habits and body positivity.
To build a generation of confident, self-aware young women who embrace their bodies, advocate for themselves, and lead with purpose—creating healthier communities through education, empowerment, and equity.
The Confidence Campaign is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Thank you!
Core Values
1. Educate- We provide educational programs to all girls promoting healthy hygiene habits, body positivity, kindness, and normalizing challenges that every girl experiences during puberty.
2. Empower- We give of ourselves to ensure girls feel supported as they grow into successful women.
3. Kindness- We are kind at our core. It is through understanding and compassion for others, as they face daily challenges, that we continue to nurture kindness.
4. Support- We promote and provide programs offering support for healthy hygiene, body positivity, self-awareness, along with everyday essentials such as personal hygiene products, undergarments, and reference books.
A Message from our Founder

NO GIRL WANTS TO BE THE SMELLY KID IN SCHOOL!

Is anyone taking the time to explain to our girls why they may have an odor or even acknowledge a problem?
Why are we, as adults or parents, assuming that our girls know how to properly care for themselves as their bodies are changing during puberty?
We can not assume anything. We have to inform, educate, and support each girl throughout her young life and during puberty, to encourage an understanding that they are all experiencing the same changes and challenges.
If we can normalize uncomfortable situations and support each other with kindness, we will help to reduce bullying scenarios and increase confidence in all girls. Kindness is learned and shared.
Every girl should understand the importance of healthy hygiene habits. Ensuring they have a strong foundation will help all girls to be confident and self-aware as their bodies mature.

Our Objectives
- To provide educational workshops that give girls a strong foundation of personal hygiene health.
- To establish accessible resource closets that will provide personal hygiene items, bras, underwear, and socks to girls who need them.
- To deliver empowerment programs that introduce bra sizing and styling education to encourage body positive confidence.
- To offer community awareness programs for parents and guardians that will continue to create healthy hygiene habits and routines at home.
- To promote a life of kindness for ourselves and others. By normalizing embarrassing situations, through peer-to-peer role-play, we may eliminate potential bullying scenarios.
